I'm happy to announce that @Dawsinian will be serving as Acting Jarl of Regional Affairs during Doc's leave of absence!

But beyond that, Daws will also be serving in the Cabinet as Jarl Without Portfolio from this point forward, to provide support for any ministry that needs it. There's always been a lot of burnout the Riksraad, because our Jarls in particular take on a lot of work for long periods of time...usually years at a time. They often don't have the opportunity to take a break because there's nobody to step in if they take one, but in Daws that will change. Daws has been with the region since the beginning, has served in just about every capacity possible, and has even ran his own region before...he is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced people in Wintreath when it comes to just about any area of running a region. I'm excited to have him as part of our team once again, both as an able advisor and as someone who can keep things going smooth when other Jarls need to take a break and reset. Ultimately I believe this arrangement will make us a stronger and happier team overall.
