Hi there all! Pride month is here once again and I thought it would be nice to discuss what it means to each of us. 

I'd like to keep debate as far away from here as possible because it's a question of personal meaning so there aren't really any right or wrong answers.

I'm not sure what it means to me, to be honest...I've never adopted any pride month traditions or done anything special for it. 

It seems to have taken a lot more prominence in recent years though...I hear people say Happy Pride Month a lot more now, and it's nice to have that reminder...it reminds me of how everyone says some version of Happy Holidays in December. And this year I know people who are new to the community that are celebrating their first pride month, and it's nice seeing the significance it has for them. Maybe this is the year that it becomes more significant for me, too.
