Well, shall we try and put this thing to the test? 

Let's start with an agenda. What things would the citizenry of Wintreath most like to see done during the first few months of the new legislative system?

(Please note that "restore the UH" is likely to be met with summary execution, so don't even try, bucko).

I think we should establish an official Wintreath RP/game that the Landsraad can focus on and have control over. 

During the formation period, Michi brought up maybe requiring that Citizens fulfill a task before having voting rights, which I thought maybe could be adopted to general Citizenship.

Speaking of Michi, I also brought up perhaps making him a Paragon.

Just some ideas.
