does the bot post votecounts upon request?

Sadly the forums are not advanced enough (looking at you, MU) to let me set that up, nor do I have the technical knowhow to integrate things like that, so you're stuck with me for votecounts.

Considering Melehan liked Vroendal's post asking if she was unable to post, I think we can reasonably conclude that Melehan also has a post restriction unfortunately. Wonder if anybody else does.
