As soon as I implemented the ASH Act, I realized that I forgot to add the Definition of Abstention Act to it (and after all that work of making an constitutional amendment, lol). This Act corrects that oversight.

Title
1) This Act shall be titled the Repeal of the Definition of Abstention Act

Repeal
2) The Definition of Abstention Act is repealed in full.

Just slip this in to the ASH Act. Much easier.

I had already implemented it and put it into the codex before I realized it. 

I'm just a stickler for procedure.

Final Approval
This act is hereby approved and entered into law.
