Summary
@Insenjar was involved with Wintreath before its creation. She helped come up with the name "Wintreath" when the region was to serve as a test region for Spiritus, and then supported the idea of turning it into a serious region after Wintermoot left that region. From there, she served as the region's first Thane of Integration, a senior IRC operator, and the first (and so far only) Queen of Wintreath, showing the great faith and trust placed in her by the community and the Monarch. Beyond that, she was a great friend to almost everyone in the region, especially the IRC.

When Insenjar left in April 2014 to focus on her life offline, the community saw fit to recognize her with Honorary Citizenship, a status which had just been put into law in order to recognize Charax, who had left a month earlier. When Honorary Citizens became Paragons, her title changed as well, making Insenjar Wintreath's second Paragon.

The Paragon Recognition Omnibus Amendment Act

1) This Act shall be cited as The Paragon Recognition and Citizen Amendment Act.

2) Article 3 of the Citizenship and Demonym Act shall be amended as follows:

3. Recognition of Paragons
    3.1 The Storing shall have the authority to recognize any previous or current Citizen as a Paragon of Wintreath if it feels the individual was an essential of member of the regional community, or performed invaluable service to the region, and/or otherwise embodied the principles, values, culture, or honour of the region.
    3.2 Paragons shall be exempt from the requirements of Section 2 of this Act and shall enjoy all the rights and privileges of Citizenship.
    3.3 The Storting shall have the authority to revoke recognition of Paragon status.

2) Article 2 of the Charax Romanov Act shall be amended as follows:

    2.1 The Ex-Crown Prince and Jarl of Foreign Affairs Charax Romanov shall be recognized as a Paragon of Wintreath.

3) Section 2.2 of the Insenjar Act shall be amended as follows:
