That is in fact....
Incorrect!
That means that all of our spies have been removed from the game, and the players win!
Our location was actually
A simple house, which changed depending on the color.
White - A simple family house in the 1950s.
Green - A Simple family house in the 1960s.
Red - A Simple family house (with more modern conveniences) in the Present 2020s
Blue - A sleek smart house in the Future (think Futurama future).
And here were the roles!Michael Thomas Nelson - The Dad was played by
@NevaehGemini.
Elizabeth Sue Nelson - The Mom was played by
@cozmikraeBuck Thomas Nelson - The young son was played by
@ExLightPeggy Sue Nelson - The Teenage Daughter was played by
@Anubhav GhoshEach of these characters had the opportunity to change their behavior dependent on the era that we were in, such as Peggy Sue embracing that Hippie peace and love movement in the 60s since she was in the teen group that would have been affected by it.
Skip - The (mostly biological) dog was played by
@LaurentusBella - The Cat was played by
@Eastern New EnglandBoth of these characters were mostly consistent through the different eras, though Skip's Blue-Future version was a Robo Dog.
A Bedroom Poster was played by
@Red Mones. 1950s was a poster of Ted Williams, 1960s was a poster of Willie Mays, 2020s was a poster of Tom Brady, and Future was a poster of Tom Brady's clone known as Brady Thompson III
The Radio was played by
@Gerrick. He was allowed to pull big news stories from the corresponding time period, and his style fit the aesthetic of the current era (1950s and 1960s was a regular old fashioned radio, 2020s was an app on a smartphone with ads, Future was a feature built into the house)
A Houseplant was played by
@Vroendal. They were specifically a potted sunflower, and in Future they were purely an artificial one since Sunflowers are extinct.
Ricky Ricardo and Lucy Ricardo from the I Love Lucy Show, which was playing on the TV in the house were played by
@BraveSirRobin and
@Ruguo respectively. They were the game's only linked roles. They also remained completely constant regardless of the era we were in.
And those were the main roles!
"But wait!" I hear you rudely interrupt. "What was Wischland's role, and what dictated those random era changes?!"
Well,
The Controller was the role who decided when to
press the button at any point in PM. When the button was pressed, it'd trigger a random color change. So at any point when you saw my random outburst with a new color, it was because
@Wischland had chosen to press that button. If you had voted Wischland out at any time, we would have forever stayed in the era we were in from that point on until the game ended. Wisch also had no idea of the scenario, so they would have given off some Spy vibes I'm sure.
And let's also give a hand to our spies
@Denth Kasten,
@TGN, and
@Imaginative Kane. I imagine that was a rough game for y'all to follow.
If any of you had guessed the following, you would have won:
*A 1950s/1960s/modern day/future house (dependent on the color we were currently in)
*A time traveling adventure (or anything suggesting that we were time traveling).
Great job to everyone!
