    Summary
    The Demonym Act defines the noun by which the Citizens of Wintreath: Wintrean. The current version is based off the pre-FLAMES "The Citizenship and Demonym Act", with the portion regarding Citizenship defined as an Act of Cabinet, and the Demonym portion defined as an Act of the Storting.

    3. Amendments to the Citizenship and Demonym Act
    3.1 Section 4 of the Citizenship and Demonym Act shall be struck null and void, and all subsequent sections shall be renumbered accordingly.

    3.2 Section 1.1 of the Citizenship and Demonym Act shall be amended to the following text:
