Have you been to the Dead Sea, Dome of the Rock or Petra?
Dead Sea: Most certainly yes! I managed to get there before it was ruined by the petrochemical industry.
Dome of the Rock: As a religious Jew, it is forbidden by my religion to visit it, until the advent of our Messiah (which I pray and hope happens speedily in my times). As of now, the closest I can get to there is the Western (Wailing) Wall. I've been
there many times.
Petra: Not yet. In fact, since I came to Israel with my family as a 5 y/o, I haven't gone even once outside the country. I cannot afford trips abroad with my current budget. Maybe after I retire.
Do you watch TV, if so what are your favorite shows?
I do not watch TV. I do not own a TV set, nor subscribe to any TV service. I grew up in a home which had radio and phonograph, but not TV. I find it a bit hard to follow content on TV and movies.
I guess if I wanted to, I could get used to watching TV and movies and learn to improve my visual conception, but I have no incentive to do so. As it is, I save lots of time (and money) by not watching TV or movies.
