Title1) This Act shall be titled the Repeal of the International Northwestern Union - Wintreath Treaty.Empowerment to Repeal2) Recognizing that International Northwestern Union (INWU) no longer has an active community nor does it appear to recognize this treaty, Article VI Section 2 of the "Treaty of Friendship and Cultural Exchange Between International Northwestern Union and The Frozen Realm of Wintreath" is hereby invoked with the effect of repealing the treaty.3) The treaty shall be considered repealed one week after passage of this Act.
