1. This act shall be cited as the Seventh Birthday of Wintreath Resolution.

Resolution
2. The forty-second Underhusen recognizes October 17th, 2013, as the founding date of the Frozen Realm of Wintreath.
3. October 17th, 2020, is the seventh anniversary of the founding of the Frozen Realm of Wintreath.
4. Therefore, the forty-second Underhusen wishes the entire Frozen Realm of Wintreath a very happy seventh birthday!
5. May Wintreath, and all of its citizens, continue to prosper.
