Title
1. This act shall be cited as the Dawsinian Commendation Act

Recognition
2. The region of Wintreath recognizes the accomplishments, contributions, and services to Wintreath by Dawsinian, included but not limited to:
a) Joining Wintreath as one of its first citizens,
b) Contributions to the first Constitutional Convention of Wintreath including the establishing and proposal of several Fundamental Constitutional laws,
c) Significant contributions to Wintreath as a forum administrator and an early IRC operator, including appointing several key members of the Wintreath operators team who still serve to date,
d) Significant contributions to the Underhusen by being a Skrifa for several terms including 4 terms as Speaker and Speaker pro tempore of the Underhusen,
e) Significant contributions to the Overhusen by being Chairman of the Overhusen for several terms,
f)  Early and significant service to the Wintrean military, including as Jarl of Defense and Acting Field Marshal of Wintreath,
g) Significant contributions to Wintreath's executive government as the Thane of Integration for several terms.

3. The honorary title of "First Scribe" is hereby bestowed on Dawsinian in recognition of his exceptional legislative service to Wintreath.

4. The Storting hereby awards Dawsinian the Commendation of Wintreath.

I was planning on submitting this later but i'm impatient . As my other commendations, this was done unbiased, and this was influenced by Charax's proposal for Paragonship made in July, I also decided to include the title First Scribe as that was part of the original proposal. I believe this is very well deserved! Please give feedback or comments to make this bill better.

3. The honorary title of "First Scribe" is hereby bestowed on Dawsinian in recognition of his exceptional legislative service to Wintreath.

I made some spelling adjustments for your review 

I unfortunately don't know enough about Dawsinian to comment on the actual meat of the bill, but as for formatting:
In Section 2a, I'd change it to something like "Joining Wintreath as one of its first citizens," as the whole of Section 2 is really just one long sentence rather than each subsection being a sentence.
In Section 2c, similarly, I'd change it to something like "Significant contributions to Wintreath as a forum administrator and an early IRC operator, including appointing several key members of the Wintreath operators team who still serve to date,"
In Section 2f, I'd change it to something like "Early and significant service to the Wintrean military, including as Jarl of Defense and Acting Field Marshal of Wintreath,"

I was wondering the same thing.

It's in the Private Storting forum.  Only UH and OH members have access to even see it.

I think it should be ok to just link it here, even if it is in the Private Storting Area, since the commendation act is already in the public

The Dawsinian Act

1. Title
a. This Act shall be cited as The Dawsinian Act

2. Recognition
a. The Frozen Realm of Wintreath recognises the following:
   i. Dawsinian was one of the first citizens of Wintreath
   ii. Dawsinian contributed to the first constitutional convention of Wintreath
   iii. Dawsinian contributed to Wintreath by serving both as a forum administrator and IRC operator
   iv. Dawsinian served admirably in Wintreath's executive across many portfolios, including as Jarl of Defence, Thane of Integration and Acting Field Marshal
   v. Dawsinian served with distinction in the Storting, having served twice as Speaker of the Underhusen, a further two terms as Speaker Pro Tempore of the Underhusen, as well as a term as Chairman of the Overhusen
   vi. Since 2013 Dawsinian has been a member in good standing of the Wintreath community, which he has served with diligence and enthusiasm during his periods of activity

3. Legislation
a. The honorary title of "First Scribe" is hereby conferred to Dawsinian in recognition of his exceptional legislative service to Wintreath
b. Dawsinian is hereby elevated to the rank of Paragon
