Hmm. I have trouble opening up to people that I'm not super close to. Which is either an explanation for avoiding the question or an answer in and of itself.

The 1990s. I reap the benefits of (mostly) modern technology without the current downsides of the world ending.

Otherwise, I probably wouldn't adapt well, but the Inka were so different in the way they looked at and interacted with the world that I think going back to ~1500 in Cuzco would be very interesting.

It's difficult to consider such ramifications, since all of history after the change would be butterflied into something completely different.

Continuing off my previous answer though, if the Inka Civil War could be averted or simply ended more rapidly, then Pizarro would not have been able to capitalize on the unique situation of political turmoil that helped lead to the downfall of the Inka. A longer-lasting Tawantinsuyu, even if it would later get subjugated under future European imperialism (though perhaps not, considering Ethiopia survived that), would certainly be interesting and have major ramifications for the Western cultural hegemony that we basically have seen for a long time up to today.

If the above doesn't count since it's kinda not exactly directly changing the outcome of a war, but rather also its surrounding context and impact, perhaps it would be interesting to see what happened if Franco were to lose the Spanish Civil War. Though if it just became a Stalinist puppet state that would be boring and sad.
