Cheers y'all! I'm AJ MF BLarg! So, many of you will know me, but for those that haven't, I was around WIntreath since 2016 January, before I took a decently lengthy leave of absence. I'm an operator on the Discord, and the one that's kinda annoying everyone with the slow updates to the Discord! Now, for the legalities...

1) Why are you running for this position?
> I believe I am decently qualified, and will do a good job in the position.
2) What do you aim to accomplish as thane? As part of this, you must include at least one thing that you promise to do beyond the minimum listed duties of the position during your term. It should be measurable, so that it's black and white whether you fulfilled this mandate at the end of the term if you are elected.
>I wish to establish weekly challenges in a variety of games, as well as trying to get some gaming groups together.
2a) If you are an incumbent running for re-election, did you fulfill your mandate from the January election? If not, why didn't you?
>Last time I was Thane I hoped I did a decent job, but, to be completely honest, I do not completely remember.
3) What qualifications or experience do you have in the area that you are running in?
>I was Thane of Gaming before, and I am decently well liked in the region (I hope), as well as playing games likely entirely too much.
4) How do you plan to have the time to fulfill the duties of the position until the next election in June?
> I only work 5 days a week, and we have some days off between now and then!
5) Are you currently a part of any other NationStates regional or organizational government? If so, please include those regions and positions.
> Just operator on Discord at the moment.

Now that the legalities are out of the way, some ideas I plan on attempting to fulfil.

>Weekly challenges in the games of EU4, CK2, and Stellaris.
>Modpacks and attempts to host in the above games.
>A World of Warcraft Guild that will be pretty active, and I hope to get others involved in.
>Town of Salem games for quick games
>Integrating Dyno roles more heavily for gaming related announcements!
>Possibly game reviews for games I particularly liked!

And hey, this is for all of you! Hold me to these! I can be distracted, and distant, make sure I do 'em! And give feedback, it's what we all thrive on!

I'm about to ask you the most important question of all time:

Portal 1 or Portal 2? 

Unfortunately I've only played the first one, I do not have an opinion on the second one other than it looks fun as hell!

Welcome to the campaign! I have questions:

1) You attempted to establish weekly challenges once before, and the concept didn't seem to really work out. What do you think went wrong, and how will you overcome that in re-establishing weekly challenges?

2) Given that you just returned a few weeks ago from your leave of absence, I think it's fair to ask, how are you feeling about Wintreath right now as a whole?

3) It looks like you will be running in a competitive election with Peipr, a relatively new Citizen who was not involved with the events of The Great Schism or The Great Reconciliation. Do you think there's anything about your experiences in those events that would make you a better Thane of Gaming or member of government in general over someone who wasn't involved like Peipr? If so, please elaborate.

Hey Moot! I'm glad to answer your questions.

1. You're right in the fact that they didn't work out well last time, but I won't let that deter me from trying it again! I think it has a lot of potential and all

2. I'm still sorting through some things, I think this might help me get more with everything again.

3. I'm sure there might still be some resentment among the citizenry at what happened with the Great BLargian Schism, but I am also hopeful, and faithful, that this can be overcome. I have more experience, as well as more interaction with the community, as I've been here for like 4 years now, I'm pretty sure, and I think I have that connection that a newer member may not have. With my Underhusen experience and my prior Thane of Gaming position, I think I have the experience to help make it great.
