1. This act is to be cited as the Underhusen Procedural Rules Committees Amendment

Section 1 is missing a period at the end after "Amendment"

2. A New Section, numbered Section 9 is added under the Title of 'Underhusen Procedure', which reads as follows:

The emphasized word should not be capitalized.

What motions can we make?

We can motion to vote, motion to expedite (not anymore since it's already been 48 hours), motion to extend debate for any period from 4 hours to 1 week, or we can motion to table.

Other than the grammar, I see nothing wrong with this proposed amendment. It allows us to create a committee through other legislation. Whether or not we decide that we want committees, it doesn't hurt to have the option. Once the above-mentioned changes have been made, I plan on motioning to vote. (To clarify, I don't mean that as an official motion)

With the aforementioned changes being enacted, I motion to vote.
