Yes, but after making an avatar thread with this month's title, I can vouch for it being easy to forget going a month back for Wintreath's Finest. 

You're both right, thank you. I shall correct my error.

I'll nominate @Dani for helping revive The Dumping Grounds again and posting some interesting new topics (even if some of them are now locked ).

I also have nominated Luna based on her level of interaction with other wintreans on the discord, and her playing of games with people. Voting is open and will last for three days.
