Article: Silicon Valley's Psychedlic Wonder Drug is Almost Here.

The article discusses MindMed and it's attempt to produce a compound with all the benefits of psychedelics for curing addiction and perhaps treating other mental disorders without the trippy high. It's got impressive financial backers, including Shark Tank host Kevin O'Leary, and in testing so far seems to show promise. However, there's still a chance that it won't actually work in people, and even if it does it'll be in some legally murky waters in the US.

Still, for many people addiction to something is the hardest personal issue that they face, and fuels a lot of other problems as we've seen with the opioid epidemic. If this were to work out, it'd be nothing short of a wonder drug, indeed.
