Omnibus Regional Title Act

Title
1. This act shall be cited as the Omnibus Regional Title Act.

Recognition
1. The Storting grants Laurentus the honour title "Ironically, The Untitled".
2. The Storting grants Pengu the honour title "Patron Saint of Werewolves", acknowledging the proclamation by the Tomato Orthodox Patriarchate that Pengu is 'Venerable and Heroic in Virtue', and his significant role in the development of Werewolf as a Wintrean cultural activity.
3. The Storting, in light of Crushita's significant historical and cultural role within the community as Pope of Potatoes, grants him the honour title "Potatofex Maximus".
4. The Storting grants Beohel the honour title "Peace Chief of the Orcish Hordes".
5. The Storting grants ShadowX4Life the honour title "Landgrave of Nerdom".

I request the title for me be removed, I was not serious about it.

As I mentioned on the vote for Mateo's honorary title, I don't think they should be given left and right. Honorary titles are supposed to be that, honorary, and outside of maybe Pengu and Crush, I see no reason for any. And even in the case of Pengu and Crush, I think there's a better way at going at this.

I request my title is also removed, as I participated in this on the discord as a joke. While I believe a couple of those mentioned deserve recognition in Wintreath, I believe the majority of this is better suited to the nickname topic Pengu reminded us of.

As this was never taken to vote, I motion we do so.

Weirdly, I motion to extend debate, actually, since I'm back to taking a Serious Look at the legislation.

I would second the motion to table. I don't see this as having popular support.

Since we need more than one half of Skrifa to agree to table, I...support the motion to table.

(I don't know what the proper verbiage is; 'Third' makes sense in context but is grammatically incoherent, 'Second' appears to undercount while 'Also Second' sounds dumb, and so 'support' is the best I could come up with).
