I present the act originally proposed by our Monarch for our consideration, as per my understanding of our Procedural Rules, we can't vote on something that hasn't been formally proposed in the UH.

Mateo Regional Cutie Pie Act

Title
1) This act shall be cited as the Mateo Regional Cutie Pie Act.

Recognition
1) The Storting grants Mateo406 the honour title "Regional Cutie Pie", in recognition of his consistent, lovely presence in our regional community and his unofficial claim on the title, which has gone unclaimed in the entire history of Wintreath and has gone undisputed for over a month.

I additionally motion to expedite, as the act was originally proposed by the Monarch over 48 hours ago, and would otherwise meet the criteria to call a vote already had it been proposed here first, rather than the Citizen's Platform.

Very well, we will expedite. I formally open this vote to the Halls of Underhusen. With that, I shall vote: aye. Remember, there are seven days to vote, so make sure you make a educated decision on behalf of the citizens of wintreath.

Also, I must ask for clarification. Is a motion to expedite to a vote the same as a motion to vote? I really must ask because if it is then the Speaker cannot second a motion. To that end I recommend we confer on that matter, perhaps even consult with the OH.

For this act, I intend to vote aye but, again, request the Speaker create a separate vote topic.

Given reassurances made by the Speaker I shall vote Aye.

Though I know my vote means naught as a majority has already been reached, I vote nay. I know the UH doesn't do much, but I think we are above proposals like this. Honorary titles I think are meant to be more than this.

The Mateo Regional Cutie Pie Act has passed in the Underhusen with a vote of 4-1-0. Approximately 80% of the legislature have passed this vote.
