    1. This act is to be cited as the Fundamental Laws Numbering Correction Act

    Amendments
    2. Article XIII is to be renumbered as Article VIII

    So apparently the Fundamental Laws Supremacy Amdendment had an error that wasn't caught until just now, where the Misc. Article was incorrectly numbered (Numbered to thirteen instead of eight). This just corrects that.
