Title
1. This is to be cited as Underhusen Resolution on the Continuity of the Monarchy and Winter Nomad.

Resolution
2. The Thirty-Fifth (35th) Underhusen, under a desire to ensure the continuity of the Realm and Wintreath Community, hereby requests that the Monarch establish a plan for the Continuity of the Executive in the event of an emergency for the executive to follow, in addition to working with this Underhusen, and any future Underhusen, to draft any and all necessary laws to ensure the Continuity of the Realm and Wintreath Community.
3. The Thirty-Fifth (35th) Underhusen, additionally, requests the Winter Nomad also establish a plan to ensure the continuity of the Administration and the Winter Nomad in the event of an emergency for the Administration to follow.

Limits
4. This Resolution only applies to the Thirty-Fifth (35th) Underhusen, and as such is considered expired after the end of the Thirty-Fifth (35th) Underhusen, unless a future Underhusen wishes to continue the opinion expressed within this resolution.

Honestly, this has been something that's somewhat concerned me for a long time, I would rather not see Wintreath just disappear because something happens to Wintermoot for a period of time that prevents us from foreseeing it. As such, I hereby introduce this non-binding resolution to the Underhusen to express the sense of the Underhusen on this matter.

Though I know it gained some traction in the governmental sections of the Discord, there hasn't been an official reply to this debate, so I ask that we either send it to a vote, table it, or extend debate. Respectfully requesting responses from the members of the Underhusen.
