I am happy to announce @Emoticonius/Church of Satan as our new Thane of Regional Outreach, who will be serving at least the remainder of the term!

Among Cabinet positions, Thane of Regional Outreach is a hard one to fill because it requires someone who can be involved in both foreign affairs and culture, but Chanku and I think that Emoticonius is uniquely qualified to staff this position. Over the past few years, he has served in a number of culture and foreign affairs roles in NationStates, most prominently a stint as Thane of Foreign Affairs here in Wintreath (where he introduced embassy puzzles which proved to be quite popular) and a long tenure as Delegate of The Rejected Realms. Most recently in Wintreath, he designed our LGBT Pride flag and submitted the winning submission for Summersend Festival Theme. He has the creativity, ingenuity, skill, and experience, and I know he will use these talents to make us proud.
