    With all elections finished up, I can now present to you the entire Wintreath government for the summer! :D

    The Cabinet
    As you may remember, there were no competitive elections in the Thaneship races, so all candidates won by default. However, this put Chanku over the limit of Cabinet positions that someone can hold, seeing that she's already Jarl of Foreign Affairs and 'won' election to Thane of Gaming and Thane of LGBT Affairs. In the end, she decided to remain as Jarl of FA and accept Thane of Gaming, which means that Thane of LGBT Affairs will be vacant unless and until Gerrick appoints someone to fill it. This makes the Summer Cabinet at the moment:

    I'm pleased to announce that there will be no changes to the Overhusen this term!

    The Underhusen
    Last, but certainly not least, elections for the Underhusen concluded just now, and we broke an all-time record with 27 ballots cast, beating the old record of 26 in June 2014. This was a competitive election, meaning that we're going to have people who won and people who didn't win, but for what it's worth I think everyone ran a campaign that they can be proud of, and I hope that those who did not win will not be discouraged from running again in the future. In the end, everyone got a good number of votes, and that has to mean something. Thanks to everyone who ran and to everyone who took the time and care to vote! :)

    Well done everyone for such an interesting election period, can't believe we beat all the records on UH ballots cast. ^-^

    Congrats to the government and to the new UH; Doc and George you both ran great campaigns, so don't let this put you down, it's been an exciting time.  :D
