My fellow Wintreans,
It once again falls to me to be the voice of iconoclastic reason, as I once again call for the destruction of the august body of the Underhusen. As a founding (and currently only) member of the Burn It Down Party, whose sole objective is the destruction of the UH, it is necessary to, er, call for the destruction of the UH.
If this sounds one-note, that's because it is. It's a monotone drone which is hopefully at the resonant frequency of the UH, such that it will vibrate it into destruction.
Regardless, I hope that my record in this last session speaks for itself. Despite my desire to destroy the institution, I have been diligent and assiduous in carrying out my duties as an elected representative, and while I would prefer not to sling mud, it is
crucial that I point out that I was
far more so than several of my colleagues, who were not like-minded to me in the key area of 'burning down the UH'. As such, this highlights the profound ambivalence even our most politically-minded fellow citizens bear towards this institution, and only further serves to point out the necessity of the destruction of this ossified stump we insult ourselves by calling a legislature.
