Maybe more depressing with a graph.
Which I think there's a fair chance that you have somewhere, you seem interested in data.
Nothing wrong with that if so, statistics are interesting. And often depressing.

I don't have a current graph...there's only so much time for me to indulge in putting that sort of stuff together, realizing that most people would rather I work on other things.

I can tell you from memory we have about half the Citizens we had at our 'height' in 2014/2015, and Paragons and Citizens without nations weren't things back then. I think that's mostly due to there being more competition for recruiting new nations and to us no longer using stamps to automate recruitment. On the other hand, spending $40/month for stamps just wasn't something I could keep doing, and it's the reason that Wintreath hasn't financially broke even if you look at donations and costs since we founded.
