Well, tatte's still on IRC, so I guess losing is relative in his case.

He rarely ever emerges outside of IRC anyways anymore.

It's hard to say...how many nations we recruit and how many Citizens we can keep once they apply probably has more to do with the total number, though. Doing away with the five post requirement to apply probably helped too.
