  • 1) Please take a moment to introduce yourself to us! What led you here, what your interests are, what you hope to get out of being a part of our community as a Citizen, and anything else you would like us to know.
I got led here by one of your recruitment telegrams a few months back, and have been here on and off ever since. I’ve finally decided to stay. I enjoy anything about firearms, Old or new, American history, and a bit of government in general. Quite odd for a 15 year old, I’d say myself. I do also enjoy the occasional book - physical book, at that.

    2) What timezone are you in?
Mountain Daylight/Standard/whatever the heck this is Time.

    3) How did you find out about Wintreath? If you received a telegram, please include the nation that sent it so they can receive credit!
    I’ve forgotten.

    4) What interested you in becoming a member of the community?
The general atmosphere. Serious at times, but generally laid back. I also like the fact that the King himself mingles with his citizens. It takes a lot to do that, and I admire him for it.

    5) What is the name of your Wintreath nation in Wintreath?
    Conservative Erostinians

    6) Do you have nations in any other regions? If so, where? Also, do you serve in any official roles in any of them? If so, what are they?
A few I foolishly made that have no real power anywhere. They’ll be deleted soon enough.

    7) Are you new to NationStates?
Depends on your standard of “newness.” I’ve been here a good handful of months, but haven’t really done much to participate in any form of government or wars in any of the regions I’ve been through.
"Who are the militia? Are they not ourselves? Is it feared, then, that we shall turn our arms each man against his own bosom. Congress have no power to disarm the militia. Their swords, and every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birthright of an American...[T]he unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state governments, but, where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the people."
