I don't know why, but I feel somewhat uneasy doing vaginal penetration on women. I don't mind doing anal though. Might have to do with my bisexuality.

I can't say I've ever done anal on anyone, so I'm not able to answer this but I don't think I'd have an issue with vaginal penetration itself. I have had people in the past tell me that they're turned off by male or female genitals though, even though they were otherwise bi/pan.
