Title
1. This Act is to be cited as the Wintreath Honorific Titles Act.

Legislation
2. The Monarch may, at their discretion, grant a title to any citizen or non-citizen as the Monarch sees fit, for their service to Wintreath or to the Monarch. The Monarch may style such titles as they see fit, except where it conflicts with legally established titles. Such titles do not and can not confer any additional authority or responsibilities in and of themselves.
3. The Monarch has the right to revoke any previously granted Honorific Titles at their discretion.

I apologise for the delay in getting this to the Overhusen, it slipped through the cracks. Anyhow, time to vote! Peers (myself, @Wintermoot, @Aragonn, @Cinciri and @trader) may now vote Aye, Nay, or may Abstain from voting.

Nay. While I 100% trust Moot's judgement, I belive the bestowing of titles should in some way have a deliberation with multiple parties.

Nay. While I trust Moot's judgment, I also agree that there should be deliberation before the appointment for a title. Possibly appointed by committee but not unilaterally.

Being that the act would only transfer some basic neutral responsibility from the UH to the monarchy, I will vote Nay.

Aye. How can we keep up appearances of being 'very, very, very fond of a supreme-overlord Founder' if we don't vote for things like this?

(I apologize if this request is considered stepping out of bounds) As suggested by North due to turmoil in relation to the vote on this act, I would like to propose we place this vote on hold, until a compromise can be found between the Husens.

As you may have guessed, this vote was held off while turmoil was sorted.
