Title
1. This act is to be cited as the Fundamental Laws Amendment XII

Amendments
2. Article VII of the Fundamental Laws is re-titled as "Amendments"
3. Article VII, Section 2 of the Fundamental Laws is amended to read as follows:

The Storting shall have the authority to propose amendments to these Fundamental Laws by a two-thirds supermajority vote of both the Underhusen and Overhusen.

4. Article VII, Section 3 of the Fundamental Laws is amended to read as follows:

Any amendment to these Fundamental Laws passed by the Storting is considered ratified if approved by both the Monarch and by a two-thirds supermajority in favor of the Citizens of Wintreath voting at referendum.

I'm reintroducing this bill, it merely changes the styling of Article XII of the Fundamental Laws. Also, a neat little thing I noticed, it's amending Article XII, and this is the 12th amendment to the Fundamental Laws that we have passed, as such the title both describes the Number of this amendment and the article it is amending!.
Nvm Somehow I managed to fuck this up both when I first drafted this, and also when I was looking at the Fundamental Laws to make sure everything was right.

From looking at the Fundamental Laws it seems there are only 7 sections, not twelve. This act would be modifying Article VII. Correct me if I'm mistaken.

I think its a bit redundant to say 'two-thirds super majority', more succinct to just say 'two-thirds majority'.

Yeah, the 2/3 is meant to explain what is meant by supermajority.
