ROUND 5

Spudicus squatted down and placed his hand on the ground. Another Skeleton was raised from the dead. This Skeleton, like the last one, began to do dance, almost as if it were trained to do a line dance with other skeletons.

As soon as the dance concluded, Sable Eyris attacked Hydracula, cutting his thigh for 13 damage.

Hydracula got into an offensive stance then held out his arms to Sable. Blood appeared to start coming out of her pores, coagulate, then form together into large globules, causing Sable to grunt in pain and dealing her 6 damage. The Vampire then flicked his hands towards himself, which made the blood blobs rapidly fly over to him. He plucked them out of the air and placed them into his mouth. A very creepy smile crept onto his face as he swallowed the blood, healing him for 6 HP.

Med Rones got into an offensive stance then attacked Sable, piercing her side for 20 damage.

Mysterio drew a larger circle on the ground this time and with a different symbol. The ritual circle glowed red, and then a large stone Gargoyle climbed up from the ground. It walked in front of the Conjurer then stood frozen in a defiant position, facing out to its enemies.

Gellert Grindelwald got into a defensive stance and cast another Flame Cloak spell on himself, enveloping him in a protective layer of fire.

ROUND 6

Hydracula attacked Med Rones, slicing up from his hip to his shoulder, dealing 17 damage.

Spudicus' Skeleton attacked Sable, cutting her forearm for 8 damage.

Mysterio attacked Spudicus, but being in a defensive stance, the Necromancer parried the blow.

Spudicus then pulled out the old black book and again read the words for a Death Nova spell.

Sable Eyris reached into her pouch and picked out another dead, rotting animal. She covered her hands in the plague-infected entrails then set her eyes on the Skeleton. She knocked it over then coated its bones with the putrid innards, dealing it 7 damage.

Neither Med Rones nor Gellert Grindelwald acted this round. A particularly rowdy group of killers started tossing their weapons at the two inactive combatants. One of the daggers landed in Gellert's back, dealing 5 damage. A large axe flew through the air and lodged in one Med Rones' clavicles. Blood spurted from his mouth as he fell to his knees then slouched over, dead.

ROUND 7

Gellert Grindelwald got into an offensive stance, and then his hands began to crackle with electricity. Turning to his next target, he released a barrage of lightning on Mysterio, dealing 15 damage.

Sable Eyris pulled out the final locust from her pouch and cast the spell for Locust Swarms to shoot into the air. Spudicus was the only combatant in a defensive stance, so he attempted to outrun the locusts, but the other combatants tried unsuccessfully to fight back, dealing Spudicus 6, Gellert 6, Hydracula 8, Mysterio 1, and Skeleton 2 damage.

Hydracula got in a defensive stance and again Seduced Mysterio, convincing him that they were allies.

Mysterio also got in a defensive stance and summoned another Lich. The Conjurer told his thrall to target Spudicus, and so it lobbed two fireballs at the Necromancer. The flames caught him on fire and slowly burned him to death. His raised Skeleton immediately followed its master and returned to the ground. After a few long seconds, a black smoke began to surround Spudicus' body. Hydracula and Mysterio realized what was about to happen and hid behind two stone columns. Gellert and Sable were confused, though, and watched on at the smoke grew. Then, without warning, the black smoke exploded out from Spudicus' body, dealing Gellert 4 damage and sending Mysterio's Lich back to the dimension from which it came. Sable was launched through the air and slammed against one of the columns, bashing her head on the stone, instantly killing her. Her body slumped to the ground, leaving blood dripping down the pillar. Spudicus then stood up, his burns already healed to scars on his face along with 6 HP.

This series of events was astonishing to the large majority of audience members. Some were still angry, though, that Spudicus hadn't actively attacked anyone. One mad-looking scientist pulled out a small bottle he had brought with him that was full of a bubbling liquid. He nudged those sitting around him and giggled as he showed them what he was about to do. He then stood and tossed the vial at Spudicus, and it broke as soon as it hit his back, the acid burning away at his already disfigured skin and dealing 2 damage. The scientist laughed maniacally until Spudicus turned around and scowled at him, causing him to cower in fear behind another audience member.

ROUND 8

Hydracula got back into an offensive stance and cast a Vampiric Drain spell on Mysterio, dealing 6 damage and breaking the seduction spell. The blood drained from Mysterio shot over to Hydracula, who consumed it and healed 6 HP.

Spudicus also got into an offensive stance and then attacked Hydracula, dealing 8 damage.

Mysterio drew the ritual circle for a Gargoyle and then summoned the monster. It walked in front of the Conjurer then sat down, protecting its master.

Gellert again did not act. A mage in the audience stood up then cast a spell that shot a spike of ice from his hands at Gellert, piercing his shoulder and dealing 6 damage.

ROUND 9

Gellert Grindelwald ran to Spudicus the Heretic and swung his sword, cutting open the Necromancer's gut and causing some intestines to fall out. Spudicus helplessly clutched at the organs but eventually fell over, dead.

Hydracula tried to attack Mysterio, but the giant Gargoyle would not let the Vampire pass. Frustrated, Hydracula swung his sword at the Gargoyle -- a chunk of stone fell from the monster to the ground, but the Gargoyle did not so much as flinch.

Then, just as the Gargoyle flashed from existence, Mysterio got into an offensive stance and lunged forward. Hydracula didn't see the blade until it was through his mouth and out the backside of his head. Mysterio ripped the sword back out, and Hydracula fell forward onto the ground, dead.

ROUND 10

Both covered in wounds and dried blood from the fight so far, the two remaining combatants eyed each other, catching their breaths from their kills.

"And then there were two!" the Host announced. "Mysterio, the Conjurer, and Gellert Grindelwald, the Sorcerer, are our final two contestants. Let's see who wins this final duel!"

The two fighters circled each other then stopped at opposite sides of the Arena. Gellert began to sprint towards Mysterio, who hastily began to draw the ritual circle to summon a Lich. After the familiar blue glow, the Lich climbed up from the circle and held out its bony hands, which burst into blue flames. With nowhere to hide, Gellert continued his sprint and aimed to kill both the Conjurer and his creature with one fell swoop. Just as he got within striking distance of the Lich, it shot the fireballs from its hands at Gellert, completely stopping his momentum and covering him in blue fire. He screamed in agony as the flames burned away his skin. Through the pain, he tried to swing his sword at his enemies, but it was in vain as he fell to his knees. Mysterio and his Lich stood and watched silently as Gellert turned to ash.

The audience burst into cheers and applause as the game had come to an end.

"And we have our winner!" the Host yelled out. "Mysterio has defeated all the other combatants and is the only one left standing! Congratulations to our victor, and thank you to our audience for coming out to watch it. See you next year!"


And with that, our game is over, and @Syraj is the winner! Congrats, you've earned 10 Tokens!
