Honestly, one of my favorite games is Crusader Kings II. Yeah, the price ain't pretty, but you can get the game and only a few DLC and get the entire thing that you need. So, as I'm obsessed with the game (Over 300 played hours, rapidly approaching 400) I decided to make a challenge. On the Paradox Interactive Forums a couple of years ago, when CK2 was young, there was a challenge posted weekly. So I'm going to do the same thing here. I'll give the challenge, and an alternative every week on Wendesday with the same goals, more or less, though the starts will be different. Here is this week's, and an example. I will try to link back them here for simplicity.

Week 1: The Emperor of Brytenwalda,no more, no less.
Challenge: Own, as a starting duke or count in De Jure England, the entire De Jure empire of Brittania, but you are not allowed to declare wars outside of the empire. You can join things like Crusades or allied wars, and you can try to marry for more land, but you are personally not allowed to join. It causes for a very interesting playstyle, and one that is usually shorter. Secondary Challenge, and optional: Have your dynasty on all four crowns of Brittania, being Scottland, England, Ireland, and Wales.

Scenario One: Start as the Duke of Mercia, 769, Age of Charlemane
Scenario Two: Start as the Duke of Wessex, 869, Age of Vikings
