Section I: Basic Information
1) Please take a moment to introduce yourself to us! What led you here, what your interests are, what you hope to get out of being a part of our community as a Citizen, and anything else you would like us to know.
As the elected representative of the Ahkmalan people, I want to extend the warmest thanks on behalf of my people for welcoming us into your region. As a small, peace-loving community, we may not always be the most active in regional politics, but we look forward to sending representatives to international gaming events and perhaps exploring rp opportunities within the region.

2) What timezone are you in?
Our international relations bureau is located within the Central Time Zone (CT) (GMT-5/6 depending on time of year)

3) Would you like a mentor to help you learn your way around Wintreath?
We are a proudly independent people capable of gathering the information we require. We do however thank the region for this offer of assistance and its accessible documentation.

4) How did you find out about Wintreath? If you received a telegram, please include the nation that sent it so they can receive credit!
We received a telegram from the Wintrean Monarch of Wintermoot which informed us of this region.

5) What interested you in becoming a member of the community?
The games advertised as having popular followings in the region in the telegram our international relations bureau received are cornerstones of our culture and we Ahkmalans always welcome friendly competition and/or cooperation when it comes to these games. The unique premise of this region, the rp opportunities it provides, and the prospect of cartographic representation of our community were all additional factors in the selection of this region as our new home.

5) What is the name of your Wintreath nation in Wintreath?
We are formally the Community of Ahkmala.

6) Do you have nations in any other regions? If so, where? Also, do you serve in any official roles in any of them? If so, what are they?
In the past, our people have been part of several failed states and for several years were refugees without a nation to call their own. Using this common experience as a catalyst, they have now united under our one government and have no intention of reliving the chaos of the past. (I once had several nations, but I haven't played in a while, so I started over with this one)

7) Are you new to NationStates?
Our people are not strangers to this world, though we have been reclusive, even isolationist in the past. This is our first foray onto the international stage.

There's a lot of things you can do in Wintreath, but you might be most interested in our roleplaying areas. There's RPing on our region page, here on the forums, and I believe there's an unofficial Wintreath Discord server for national roleplay as well. @Doc or @Laurentus can help you in those areas, as they're our outgoing and incoming Thanes of Roleplay, respectively. If you need any help or have any questions though, feel free to post here or ask me...as Monarch, I can either directly help you or find someone who is better able to.
