[First post during 25th term of the UH. I feel like it would be good practice to mark this point.]
In favor of Reon, so far we have:
1. Served as WA Delegate (and Jarl of WA Affairs) for almost three years.
2. Thane of Culture for a bit
3. Was pretty active with Amalya
4. Service on the OH
That was denied in the OH,
here. Wuufu and Aragonn's votes cancelled with no explanation given, but Wintermoot explained his No vote, saying that just holding many positions is not enough.
Given this, is there anything more we can say in favor of Reon, that makes them worthy of commendation? I have not been long enough to know anything about Reon, so I cannot say anything myself, but perhaps someone else would have relevant knowledge? If not within the Underhusen, is there anyone else left in Wintreath to reach out to who could speak in Reon's favor?
If there truly is nothing more to be said, it is of my opinion that it's time to archive this, but I do not want to do so without a chance to note any achievements that may have been missed earlier that would justify amending the bill and trying again.
What I have found in my brief research so far, in finding Reon's final topic,
http://wintreath.com/forums/index.php?topic=3826, back in August of 2016, is that although accomplishments were not mentioned there, I note that BraveSirRobin, Laurentus, and Sapphiron spoke with a feeling of familiarity of Reon, and may have ideas of what he has done for Wintreath, but are not currently in the UH to speak up. (Edit: Or Emoticonius, who coincidentally came back around the time I was posting this) Wuufu may know something too, but did not note it in the OH vote despite considering Reon to be commendation worthy. Shall we consult any of them before deciding how to proceed?
