With the Ministry of Information's portfolio having been taken on by other ministries and the new Court Scribe, there is no further need for the ministry to exist. Therefore, the Ministry of Information is dissolved.

Thanks to @Crushita for his service to the region as Thane of Information, especially for being there after Hannah resigned as Jarl. Crush has long been prominent member of the community, and I have no doubt we'll see him in the Cabinet sometime again if that's what he wants in the future and sets his mind to it.

Wait, if the Court Scribe is the successor to the Jarl of Information, what was the reason for the title change?

The Ministry of Information was supposed to be responsible for a lot of things, like maintaining information posts and dispatches and putting out a number of publications...at one time it put out the Orendi and a weekly internal dispatch.  By comparison, the Court Scribe is only responsible for putting out the Orendi. My thinking was that the position only had one responsibility, the person in it would be more successful at accomplishing it.
