    I'm fine with Map 1, I just prefer the hex map, maybe the one without the hexes on it.

    Hex map would be nice, makes distances better in my opinion from DnD experience played on a hex map.

    I'd vote for Map 1 too. Nice continent distribution there, with the N and S Westland having some potentially interesting borders, Northland having some close contact with Westland and Centralland as a mediating force, and the Islands of Eastland being a good foreign presence. And still enough water that ship routes can get to any important coast.

    Some of the other layouts are more boring looking, 4 and 5 just being one big continent with some other stuff going on, and 3 is just being all like "I'm just three dull continents". 2 and 6 are just too weird looking.
