I'd be down for a vampire themed WW.  As long as we're not talking Twighlight vampires.

Fuck Twilight. I'm talking about classical vampires, that are literally one step above demons and who have a single minded drive to consume vast quantities of blood in the most gruesome ways imaginable.

Knows nothing about what is meant by these Twilightish and other types of vampires.

Twilight vampires are basically boring angsty teenagers with fangs, and rather than burning in the sunlight...they sparkle in it.  It's basically a series of books that was written by an obvious fangirl that had an obvious fantasy of wanting to be with a vampire, and somehow gained popularity in both its literary and movie form.

If you've ever watched True Blood, think that...but less cheesy, definitely less sexual, and with much less personality.  It's basically less on every level, and was what propelled both Kirsten Stewart and Robert Pattinson into stardom for a time.

I like my vampires to be a bit less angsty and a bit more burny.  If they're shown a cross, it pains their eyes since they're demons of hell.  I especially enjoy vampires from movies such as Underworld, and the recent game Vampyr since they possess more of a personality and they follow more of the traditional vampire norms.

Twilight most definitely isn't as bad as the hate for it has/had made it out to be.

Yeah, Laurentus had the same problem in his RP interest thread. He was able to change the options, but I had to reset the timeline and unlock the voting.

Interestingly, I am still a mod here, but I can't reset it either. I can delete it and start a new one, though.

There should be an option to run the poll for x days in the edit poll options, that's the number that will reset it.

I voted for the first -, because I assume that'd be the yes option, or traditional vamps...one of the two.

So come end of Friday/most of Saturday, I'll start writing up a game unless someone else wants to have a go.  In the spirit of the holidays, it will be an X-Mas themed one, but I'm also thinking of putting another CYOW spin on it for the details.

And that way, by the time signups conclude, we'll just be beginning December, so we can most likely wrap it up before the Christmas week.

I think that sounds great. You make every game you run special in its own way, so I'm curious to see what you come up with this time.

Thanks, I try to put as effort as possible to give each game a unique spin.

On that note, I'll also be making an early claim for Werewolf XX.  I've been working really hard on a different type of style that I've never tried nor seen played before, and I'm going to save it for the 20th game so it can be a type of anniversary special.

But that'll also give me plenty of time to work the specific details so that it plays properly.
