Why is your name so hard to pronounce?

Last month's avatar theme was fictional characters... so I have an avatar with fictional characters in it. :P I'm also pretty fond of the film and a fan of Wes Anderson's works as well.

I wanted to come up with a fancy name. Maybe it turned out too fancy and unpronounceable, but hey. Just call me Rout as you guys already do, I don't mind at all :)

Region-wise, I hope to be as involved as possible in the comings and goings of Wintreath, and hopefully coming up with ideas that continue its growth. I'm hoping to contribute a lot more steadily to the Wintreath Chronicles in the future (time's not been on my side lately, alas) and also to participate both in the Riksråd and in the Foreign Office in any way I can. I'm still pretty new but I'm getting the hang of things, hehe.

NS-wise, I've got to admit my goals are still a little murkier... it feels like it's a completely different world out there and on their forums, and it's one that I find fascinating but with so much going on and so much to absorb it's almost maddening. So I guess I can say that so far I don't have well-defined goals on this sphere of the game.

  • Are you a Whovian?

If you are, who is your favorite Doctor/companion?

If you are not, will you watch Doctor Who just to answer the question?

Is it better to have loved and lost, then to have never loved at all?

    1. I like the series, but don't really consider myself a Whovian. I've only seen the new run (from Nine onwards)

    2. Nine's my favorite Doctor. I really liked Martha and Amy's brilliant, but I think my favorite is Donna.

    3. Hehe, I already do! :P

    4. That's a tricky question. Having loved and lost means you might live with sorrow wondering what might have been (but also with the memories of a happier time if you had happy times with your loved one), but having never loved at all means you never get to experience the feeling of loving itself. So I guess it's better to have loved and lost. I don't know, it's not something I give a lot of thought *shrugs*
