Again, these stats aren't meant to shame anyone into posting more. It's just to note trends in the community...the fact of the matter is, in spite of growing our community in terms of people, we've been stuck at 2500 posts/month for the last several months, implying that the average person is posting less. At the same time, we've lost a lot of people, either fully or partially, due to real life, and that makes an impact.

I'm still hopeful that we will eventually break the 3,000 barrier, as we expand our community in terms of people involved and things to do. It may just be a struggle until next spring, when activity seems to rebound in NationStates most.

So I need to make 500 plus post a month. :3 Gots it. Time to unfurl a bunch of OC!

I went ahead and calculated October's stats. You can find them in the spreadsheet as always. Last month I mentioned that it appeared our growth appeared to have been leveled off, and unfortunately this month that turned into a large decline...so large that that it completely reversed the growth we saw over the summer, to return us at levels unseen since April. Indeed, when counting posts per day, our activity was slightly higher than it was last October...when we only had about 30 forum members total.

Part of this is due to an extended lull game-wide. From my observation, it seems a number of regions have had some significant declines, and even nation growth ingame has been anemic compared to last year. However, it would also appear that there are some issues specific to Wintreath as well, and I will be attempting to find those and correct them throughout the next month.

In any case, here are the top ten and change/month stats.

I am genuinely surprised that I was able to maintain the 4th Position in terms of posts.

Biggest increase in posts per day! TAKE THAT, EVERYONE!

It should be pretty obvious, Gov. It speaks to the level of decline currently engulfing Wintreath.

What can we say? Too many people are just too busy in real life...
