I am very much a morning person.
I used to get up at 6:30 every day, and go to sleep at 22:00. These days, I can more or less make it to about 1:00 to 2:00 and wake up at 8:30 to 9:30.
No matter how tired I am, I can't really sleep past 10:00 and that does get pretty bad if I've pulled an all-nighter or something. I am forced to make up the lost sleep over the course of several days.
