I'm actually leaning more towards Lapoc at the moment since they have been rather quiet and not really explanitory in their vote reasoning.  That, and they were one of the people that didn't vote in the last round...and considering the last person voted off was a pirate, I'll always find the non-voters a little suspicious, even if the pirate/wolf/bad guy only had a small handful of votes.

That being the case, I'll go ahead and give it a shot and hope that it hits one of our 3 bad guys (or even the captain, which I'm okay with since I'd rather lose 1 neutral than possibly that same neutral plus a good guy).

I have to agree with Laurentus on this, especially since we're down to 9 players and this game could end very quickly.  If I'm correct, since the Amnesiac has become a Pirate (and they take on someone's actual role), they're added to the pirates' numbers, meaning if it gets down to 3 players and 3 pirates, the game is over.   I'm hoping @Rasdanation can clarify whether that guess is correct or not.

Lapoc, if you happen to be the Seer, you'd better say something soon. We have a history of murdering them.

Right now, I'm most suspicious of Elderpion and taulover as they both voted last round for someone who already had a vote so that they'd have as many votes as Hydra, a pirate. They both also have yet to vote this round.

I'll Vote: taulover as he was the one who voted for me last round to be equal to Hydra.

Laurentus, yes, my vote for you was mostly reaction. The other reasoning was that if you are a wolf, would it not be best to convince the commoners that you are not one of them early on, by giving them direction? And I noticed how you are fairly strongly against inactive players. If you were a wolf, you would know which of them are not wolves, and whom to throw under the metaphorical bus. Hence why I am suspicious.

Revealing your role is against the rules anyway. What Laurentus means is that seers generally should try to build a convincing argument out of the info they have to make people bandwagon onto an actual wolf.


As for me, Laurentus's argument isn't that sound, but it's the best I've seen this day phase. Not to mention my obvious desire for self-preservation, now that Gerrick has voted for me.

In any case, I'm not willing to trust Lapoc's claims of being the seer, since it might just be a last-ditch attempt to protect himself. (He outright claimed to be a role though, so it's still against the rules, regardless of what his actual role is.)

Well, that's anti-climactic. I happen to believe him, but now the rules have been broken and I'll derive no pleasure from winning under these circumstances.

Anyway, yes, taulover is correct. If you scan someone who turns out to be a baddie, you can subtly hint towards it by building some sort of argument. It doesn't even have to be that strong, as a very weak or random argument could hint at your role too.

I'd even be willing to let the bad guys win by default here, since I dislike unsportsmanlike conduct so much.

I'm a Friend, as I'm sure has escaped very few people's attention. I basically spelt it out earlier.

I happened to disrupt taulover, and nothing bad happened. I'm well aware that this in and of itself was not sufficient proof of tau's guilt, but it put him on my list, and I would have disrupted him again as soon as I was able to keep testing it.

My hope was also that the defender would defend me when I wasn't able to disrupt tau, and have the wolves target me then, meaning we'd get caught in a loop. Every night I couldn't disrupt tau, the defender would protect me, and when the defender couldn't, I'd disrupt their killing anyway, while attempting to find tau's comrades in the night phase (with the help of the seer) or weed them out in the day.

That's why I didn't outright come for tau, but began planting that suspicion.
