I wasn't expecting the police to show up this early, so I guess Quil either lingered in the alley, or Porshen got pretty far... Which do you prefer?

It looks to me like Quil lingered in the container once Porshen got the gun. There's no reason both couldn't have happened: Porshen took the Aegis gear and ran, and Quil stayed behind in hiding.

I'm interested in seeing how this will turns out, since Quil seems to be taking form of a murder-y villain. Considering his weakness is being frozen, having an ice-based opponent will be dangerous...

Just set up a good chance for a "public" reveal of my character, Provided that the proper security measures are in place at the police department HQ

BraveSirRobin and Ashton Mercer, are you okay with the design I have described? I tried to make it what would make most sense for a rapid firing railgun to be like, but I can change it if you don't like it.
