Just posted, did someone say they needed villains? Because as you can see Quil can be both, thus him being Chaotic neutral, he can very easily snap, but still have a moral code. He will not kill innocents unless he feels threatened, or is in a rush and judgement leaves him momentarially

I wasn't expecting the police to show up this early, so I guess Quil either lingered in the alley, or Porshen got pretty far... Which do you prefer?
