Although we're not completely finished with building up the government or region, I felt it was best to go ahead and start recruiting into the region. While we already have an active community thanks to you guys, fresh faces will help move the region in unique new ways, and maybe getting involve in a region right at the start will be a strong selling point.

Here is the message we are sending out. May this be one of many new beginnings for our region!

Greetings, %NATION%, and welcome to NationStates!
 
Having just created your nation, you find yourself faced with one of the most important decisions to make in NationStates: choosing your starting region. Why is it so important? Each region has its own unique culture, community, activities, and military, and joining one region offers a vastly different experience from joining another. I'm sure you're being bombarded with recruitment telegrams from all sorts of regions, but I would like to humbly ask you to consider our own region, Wintreath, when you make your choice.
 
Wintreath is a new region with a small but flourishing community, and we're especially looking for players like you to join us! Why, you ask?
 
-As a small region, you will have a large impact in our community and will not be overlooked.
-We're in the process of forming our government. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor and get involved from the start!
-We have a number of experienced players in our community that can help you with any questions that you have.
-Wintreath already has an active community that's close-knit, warm, and welcoming! Join in and take part in our zany antics!
-We're in the process of forming a regional defender army. If being part of a military sounds interesting to you, here's your chance to get in from the start.
 
And more. Every day our region is growing, and adding more faces, discussions, and activities for you to enjoy. If you are interested at all, consider trying out our region by clicking the "Move" button at the bottom of this telegram. You're not obligated to stay, so what do you have to lose? Maybe it is time to change this line:

I don't think anyone's being overlooked, really. In any case, we can't change the recruitment message until the current one is out of stamps...probably a few more days.

could you tell me more about this stamps, how its work?

Well, basically you buy them from NS at the rate of $1 = 1000 stamps...then when you send a telegram you can send so many to special groups using stamps. For recruitment, you can send them to new nations as they're created and refounded nations as they're refounded, for example. Then you'll automatically send out telegrams as new nations are founded/refounded until you run out of stamps.
