I find the topic creator's username to be confusing. The pattern seems to be that new words start with a capital letter, to avoid using spaces. Making it "The Menin Red".
It sounds irregular in English, Menin is a noun, but using a postpositive adjective is more common in other languages. Fitting, since Menin seems to a more common noun to the French and Italians than the English.
