Alright so I just got this idea for a thing.

It's a bit of a Bullet Hell Scoreboard thing, mixed with some player rankings and challenges. Let me explain the idea a bit further.

There would be a list of Bullet Hell games that people play with a list of scores and a list of 'top-players'. Ideally scores would be verified by someone trusted. After being verified it would be added to the list.

There would also be challenges that people could partake in for a game if they want. People can suggest challenges and people can do them. Challenges would also be factored into player rank for 'top-players'.

The goal would be to help create a bit of a Bullet Hell community here, along with helping to foster and create a friendly competition between the players.

So who here is in?

That'd be cool, I'm totally in. I think the best way to verify this stuff would be if someone recorded it or streamed it. But a third party would be fine too.

That would be the general idea, except it would be a third-party that would privately review it. Now a person can post it publicly and have it reviewed, but some players may want to keep their technique a secret when they are rather high on the boards, as such this is to allow people to do so. This is done with a lot of superplayers as well...

In any case with seemingly interested it is good enough for me, so I do guess we should enter the planning stages (NOTE: If you still wish to express support please do so!)

In any case we should probably include the first few games that will be done with this...here is what I am thinking:

• Espgaluda/Espgaluda 2
• DoDonPachi
• DoDonPachi DaiOuJou
• DoDonPachi DaiOuJou Black Label
• Ketsui
• Crimzon Clover: World Ignition
• The Touhou games?

This list is far from final, and I am definitely open to changing it, however these are just some games that I play, thus I felt like they should be included (except for Touhou games... I just happen to know them off the top of my head).

I'm up for this.

I will add though that quite broad... it might be better to start with one or two games and if it goes well incorporate a larger library, that way it's less hassle to organise and easier to follow.

Ultimately though it's up to Chanku and everyone interested.

To be fair I do have a bit of a rationale behind my list, aside from me owning the games and having decent knowledge of them:

• Espgaluda/Espgaluda 2: Generally considered a bit more casual due to some of it's mechanics. It's also rather fun to play.
• DoDonPachi - It set the foundations for the entire Genre of Bullet Hell games. It defined the very genre.
• DoDonPachi DaiOuJou - For someone that wants a much harder game. DaiOuJou (sometimes seen with White Label appended to it's name) itself is added for someone that wants a challenging game.
• DoDonPachi DaiOuJou Black Label - For those that like DaiOuJou/White Label but want something easier.
• Ketsui - Has a different scoring mechanism than the DoDonPachi series, and honestly I would argue is a fantastic game.
• Crimzon Clover: World Ignition - This is also a nice game for beginners. However unlike the above (which all have had arcade releases as far as I know), it is only a computer game. It also has a few nice things for beginners.

I also included Touhou due to it's popularity,but it is rather extensive as such I can see the argument being to not include it. I probably won't unless someone can convince me to keep it

Something like this. I'm on the fence about either removing Espagaluda or Ketsui.
