Not necessarily... Unless things have changed VERY dramatically, people can always add to the outskirts of the spawn town, and there's still space within the confines of "Wintreath" (though it can be crowded).

Hey BSR, I'm going to start building a rail line to spawn from my Headquarters near Trader.

Hope you don't plan on developing anything between those two places.

It will probably run underground until it reaches the terrain on the far side of the dark jungle beyond the forest by me. All heading east.

The Tau Parks Service concurs that an environmental impact assessment be conducted prior to undertaking this project.

The Robin Corporation only employs elevated rail lines within a 500 m radius of spawn: all other corporation rail lines are located underground so as to hide cargo shipments from customs decrease the environmental impact of our company.

So long as you don't limit the land claims of Wolfram & Hart we be okay.

My currently existing rails are all confined underground, the most marring things would probably be the Station Houses at the end of the rail line. And that would only appear in locations of mid to high development by other parties. (eg. Spawn, Headquarters, major colonial developments, etc.)

All lines would converge back at the central headquarters to minimize the number of Station Houses and junctions, as well as connections. Keeping our environmental impact low.

And if necessary all future and current rail systems would be replanned to remain underground.
