Given the history Robin put for his country and the fact it's basically the USSR, if it's the whole island I'll allow it.

However, since I don't want the map to be dominated by 3 countries I would like Commander-Zemas and Robin to balance things a bit. Not change their stats or claims, just keep in mind that I don't want a steamroller nation.

Here's my poor attempt to illustrate my claim.

North Nivogal is on one side, with the dot being its capital, Manchester.

South Nivogal is on the other side, with the dot being its capital, Berlin

Currently, you're the second largest nation. But North has approved it, so you're fine. As long as future people claim smaller areas.
