Congratulations Lau, a well-deserved if close-run victory! Here's to what you can achieve in the short space of time between now and the introduction of the Open Assembly - may it be great and varied :p

Condolences to Pengu as well; an excellent race all round and between you (the forum) and me I honestly thought it was going to be another tie. It could've gone either way, and either way would've been a great result for Wintreath.

I suppose the first thing we need to debate once the Reformation bill is sorted is the content of the CoC, and the Speaker's power to be included in the procedural rules.
