I am not new to NationStates but I am new to the aspect of joining a Region.

Naval Defense, Education, and Economic Distribution.

Section II: Introductions and Questions
Please take a moment to introduce yourself to your future region-mates, or ask us any questions that you may have. My country is Umbrosia. We value political freedoms and economic growth more than anything. My citizens are required to have 3 years of military service into a branch of their choice. We are great fisherman and sailors but most of our pride comes from our Education system, which in our opinion is the best. We hope to share our goals, ambitions, and expertise with the rest of the countries to the Wintreath nation.

Welcome, you're approved. You seem keen on that sort of stuff, so would you be willing to work on perhaps hosting a nationstates based RP? The majority of this region is out of character, so you'll not be able to express your deep love and enthusiasm for economic strategy else.

What Charax says is true...Wintreath is primarily a gameplay region over a roleplay one. We're not hopeless though...Crya has worked on The Exchange here on the forums, and Controlled Interests has some ideas for NS roleplay that he's telegrammed me about and might be doing some work with soon. Of course we also have our personal roleplays, which are fun as well.

Seems like there's a chance for our region to do both RP and GP, and hopefully you'll be part of that.

  That would be awesome! I'd love to do a RP. I browsed the forums yesterday and say a Superhero one which I plan on making a character for. The whole "Are there any particular areas of our region you would like to become involved in?" was confusing to me. I wasn't aware if you guys meant like as a RP or just like: game ideas, debates, discussions, etc.

 Anyways, yes. I would like to do an RP and I am looking to see if anyone on the forums play other games as well, perhaps some Minecraft, or Guild Wars 2, I know Starbound was just released.

Particular areas refers to things like RPing, Gaming, Government Roles, Writing Laws, working with the World Assembly team, joining the military, that sort of thing. It really does cover everything
